Nanny's Pavillon is a conceptual French American pancake restaurant. We would like to invite talented individual to join us for the position of: Fit Out Coordinator (Jakarta Raya) Responsibilities: Planning Outlet renovation and arrange scedule for each project Manage overlap project, and do arrangement with contractor Design and drawing preparation (liaise with contractor, architect, kitchen supplier) Submit drawing and follow up with mall for fit out preparation and procedure Follow Up contractor for renovation progress;make sure the progress meet the scedule As a mediator between outlet and contractor if there's a problem accur at site checklists with contractor after outlet open and follow up all defect list with contractor Follow up maintenance issue form outlet (liaise with contractor or maintenance person) Requirements: Male, 24 years old or above Minimum 1 year experience in similar job capacity Degree in interior/architect/civil engineering Computer skill (auto cad, 3D MAX) Fluent in English as well as written Computer literate,Good interpersonal skill, able work in team and under pressure Able to work independently with high accuracy, detail and carefully Strong analytical skills and has a creative problem solving abilities Please send Cv to: fany@invio.co.id  |
