TENAGA TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI (Kode: TI) Kualifikasi Khusus :- Pendidikan minimal S1.
- Usia maksimal 35 tahun.
- Memiliki pengalaman di perbankan minimal 5 (lima) tahun dan sekurang-kurangnya 2 (dua) tahun di bidang pengembangan sistem perbankan:
- Dapat melakukan Development di A/S 400 Programming, RPG/400 ILE & COBOL dan C++ atau Melakukan Development Program menggunakan bahasa program Java, Visual Basic, Net, HTTP, HTTPS, ASP, C.Net, Microsoft SQL, Macromedia, Adobe
- Memiliki pengetahuan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) di perbankan.
- Memahami Object Oriented Programming.
- Memiliki kemampuan dalam melakukan problem solving dan analisa.
- Memiliki kemampuan dengan kualitas pekerjaan bagus dan on time delivery.
2. ANALIS KREDIT KORPORASI (Kode:AKK) Kualifikasi Khusus :- Pendidikan minimal S1.
- Usia Maksimal 35 tahun.
- Memiliki pengalaman di perbankan minimal 5 tahun dan sekurang-kurangnya 4 tahun di bidang perkreditan korporasi dan komersial (konvensional maupun syariah).
- Memiliki pengalaman melakukan analisa kredit, memahami proses kredit yang sistematis dan prudent , memahami risiko kredit dari berbagai segmen pasar industri, import/export perdagangan, khususnya project financing (konvensional maupun syariah).
- Diutamakan Memiliki Sertifikasi Manajemen Risiko Level 2.
3. CUSTOMER SERVICE (Kode: CS) dan ADMINISTRASI (Kode: ADM) Kualifikasi Khusus :- Pendidikan minimal S1.
- IPK = 3.00 (Perguruan Tinggi Swasta/PTS) dan = 2.75 (Perguruan Tinggi Negeri/PTN).
- Usia Maksimal 27 tahun.
- Belum menikah.
4. TELLER (Kode TL). Kualifikasi Khusus :- Pend. SLTA , nilai rata-rata minimal 6,5
- D1-D3, IPK minimal 2,5
- Usia Maksimal 23 tahun
- Berpengalaman sebagai Teller diutamakan.
- Belum menikah.
Kualifikasi Umum :- Pendidikan minimal S1, diutamakan dari Perguruan Tinggi terkemuka Jurusan : Akuntansi, Manajemen, Perbankan, Matematika, Statistika, Teknik Industri, Teknik Arsitektur, Teknik Sipil, Hukum, Ilmu Komputer, Komunikasi, Humas / Public Relation/Syariah (Kode : TI, AKK, CS, ADM)
- Berpenampilan menarik dan Berkepribadian baik.
- Tinggi Badan : Wanita minimal 160 cm; Pria minimal 165 cm, dengan Berat Badan proporsional.
- Customer. Oriented
- Diutamakan dominsili Jabodetabek.
- Diutamakan memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Inggris (Lisan/Tulisan)
