Project Manager
(Bali, Banten)

Responsibilities:

To manage project execution of Sigma Solution Implementation (including Application system, DRS & IT Outsourcing implementation projects), comprising of following activities:

o Developing sound project plan, including activity plan, quality plan and costing plan
o Managing and monitoring project team members, including internal team members, client team members & other project stakeholders
o Controlling project execution to ensure it meets expected timeframe, budgeted cost consumption & quality plan conformance
o Assisting sales team in opportunity engagement
o Project scope and risk management

Requirements:

o Experienced as Project manager for application development projects; system implementation projects, involving multiple platform system. Banking industry related experiences is advantage
o Excellent communication, consultative and presentation skills are a must
o Project Management Certified (such as PMP) is an advantage
o Possess good knowledge of System Implementation Methodology

We are seeking a freelance ActionScripts ninja to join our team, who loves to get his/her hands dirty. He/she must has a long intimate relationship with ActionScripts 2 and OOP concept.

Above all else, we're looking for someone with a strong desire to create work among the best in the industry.
You:
* Have solid expert-level knowledge of ActionScripts 2 / 3 and OOP Concepts
* Have ability to extend core functionality of Flash via classes
* Have experience building Flash games and data-driven Flash applications
* Have ability to integrate data via XML
* Have experience with scripted animation techniques
* Have strong knowledge of the Flash Platform and other rich media technologies in order to produce work that is both seamless and beautiful
* Have intuitive debugging and optimization abilities
* Have lovely attitudes
* Can work independent as well as a part of the team
* Have 24-7 internet connection
* Experience with progressive and streaming Flash video
* Understanding of Flash remoting technologies
* Experience with Flex and Adobe AIR

• Male or female under 30 years old
• Education min Diploma
• Minimum 1 years experience in website and graphic design preferred, Fresh
graduate will be considered
• Experience in designing websites is a must
• Expert with Adobe products (Photoshop, Illutrator, Fireworks, After Effects, Premier)
• Understand website design structure and flow, including web usability
• Fast learner, self-learning skill is a must
• High attention to detail
• High creative, self motivated, hard worker and should be able to work under pressure to meet deadline
* Have experience in motion graphic and creating videos primarily using after effects with combination with Premier
