Leading Pump and Valve Manufacturing Company belonging to an International Group headquartered in Germany, KSB AG, has the following position available.

COST ACCOUNTANT
In the scope of Cost Accountant, you will be responsible for:

Provide Inventory Valuation for WIP & FG
Provide Inventory Movement Analysis
Analyzed product profitability
Prepares Cost Variance Analysis
Prepares Cost of Good Sold Reports
Product Pricing
To be successful, the applicant must have following background:
Work exp. 1 years in Manufacturing company as Cost Accountant
Able to communicate in English – Written and Spoken (a must)
Min. S1 degree in Accounting with GPA > 2.8
Able to work under pressure with the short deadline
Able to operate SAP (is advantage) or other ERP System
Fast learning and having strong drive, good analytical of skill and Detail orientation
Having wide knowledge in accounting cycling (is advantage)
Able to work as a team and individually
Have strong costing background (standard costing)
Familiar with computer (Ms. Excel)

HR Assistant

Job Purpose
To provide support to HR manager in executing various areas of HR activities such as Recruitment and Selection, Organization and People Development, Performance Management System, HR General Administration etc,.

Job Requirement

S1 in Psychology or Law or other major with preferably 1-2 year of experience in Human Resources Area.
An exposure in Industrial Relationship area will be considered as distinct advantage.
Male / Female, age 23-28 years.
Conversant in English communication skill in both written and spoken
Self-driven, energetic, and is willing to put extra efforts at work with high achievement and result orientation
High analytical thinking, sound leadership ability and presentation skills
Computer literate, sound knowledge and skill on MS Office MS Word, Excel (Advanced) most preferably, Outlook, Power Point and Internet Browsing will be an added advantage
Sound ability to organize and coordinate events, training programs, workshops and others.
Excellent administration skills
Willing to work in an under pressure condition and very tight deadline
