AXA has a multi-distribution model in Indonesia, and due to our rapid growth we are inviting professionals to fill the following positions:

Performance Reporting Supervisor
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Prepare monthly performance reports to management, utilising financial and non-financial information.
* Involved in the preparation of annual expense budget preparation and monthly expense variance.
* Involved in the preparation of regulatory reports.

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in Accounting, preferably from Computer Accountancy
* 2 – 3 years prior experience in similar role in financial and business reporting. Life insurance experience is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills with good business acumen in linking business drivers/KPI to performance results
* Highly proficient in Excel and good analytical skills with attention to details
* Peoplesoft or similar general ledger experience is an advantage

The company form sales network in all over Indonesia with service facility and spare parts supplies.

Qualifications:

Female, age max 25 years old
Graduated from reputable Secretarial Academy or D1/D3 any major
Experience as Receptionist or Jr. Secretary
Fluent in English both Oral and Written
