Prepare, Prepare a response so you are ready for the question "What do you know about our company. Know the interviewer's name and use it during the job interview. If you're not sure of the name, call and ask prior to the interview. Try to relate what you know about the company when answering questions.    

Get Ready, Make sure your interview attire is neat, tidy and appropriate for the type of firm you are interviewing with. Bring a nice portfolio with copies of your resume. Include a pen and paper for note taking.    
Be On Time, Be on time for the interview. On time means five to ten minutes early. If need be, take some time to drive to the office ahead of time so you know exactly where you are going and how long it will take to get there.    

Stay Calm, During the job interview try to relax and stay as calm possible. Take a moment to regroup. Maintain eye contact with the interviewer. Listen to the entire question before you answer and pay attention - you will be embarrassed if you forget the question!

LOWONGAN KERJACPNS Badan Koordinasi Survei dan Pemetaan Nasional (BAKOSURTANAL) membuka kesempatan kepada Warga Negara Indonesia lulusan Strata 1 (S1) dan Diploma III (D3) untuk menjadi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil di lingkungan Bakosurtanal dengan persyaratan dan ketentuan sebagai berikut :


I. PERSYARATAN UMUM
  1. Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI)
  2. Sehat Jasmani, Rohani dan bebas NARKOBA
  3. Berkelakuan baik dan tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang memiliki kekuatan hukum tetap.

  2. Pelamar harus mengisi formulir pendaftaran secara online melalui link pengadaan CPNS Bakosurtanal di alamat www.bakosurtanal.go.id atau langsung mengakses portal pengadaan CPNS di alamat http://cpns.bakosurtanal.go.id dan mengikuti tata cara pendaftaran di portal pengadaan tersebut pada periode 20 Agustus – 10 September 2010.
  3. Mengirim berkas lamaran yang dokumennya telah diunggah pada saat pendaftaran online setelah mendapatkan nomor pendaftaran, dimasukkan dalam amplop coklat tertutup, dengan mencantumkan kode jabatan yang dilamar dan nomor pendaftaran pada sampul depan kiri atas amplop. Berkas ditujukan kepada Kepala Bakosurtanal, c.q Kepala Biro Keuangan, Kepegawaian dan Hukum (KKH), PO BOX 46-CBI Cibinong 16911.
Berkas lamaran harus diterima panitia paling lambat tanggal 14 september 2010.

2. Pedoman Seleksi Pengadaan CPNS

1. Seleksi Administrasi
  1. Seleksi administrasi terdiri dari seleksi terhadap persyaratan primer (seleksi administrasi primer) dan persyaratan sekunder (seleksi administrasi sekunder). Persyaratan primer meliputi batas usia, kesesuaian bidang studi dan akreditasi program studi dan perguruan tinggi.
  2. Peserta yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi akan diumumkan di web. Jumlah maksimal peserta yang dinyatakan lulus dan mengikuti tahapan seleksi berikutnya adalah 1 formasi : 20 peserta.
  3. Selanjutnya peserta mencetak sendiri Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian yang harus dibawa pada saat Ujian tertulis serta menunjukkan Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) asli. (Pada Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian ditempelkan pas foto terakhir, berwarna, ukuran 4×6)
2. Ujian tertulis terdiri dari :
  1. Tes Potensi Akademik (TPA). TPA dimaksudkan untuk menggali potensi seseorang yang diyakini akan mendasari keberhasilannya dalam memangku jabatan yang memerlukan kemampuan intelektual.
  2. Tes Bahasa Inggris (TBI). TBI dimaksudkan untuk mengukur kemampuan dasar Bahasa Inggris.
  3. Tes Kompetensi Bidang (TKB). Materi TKB disesuaikan dengan formasi jabatan atau pekerjaan. TKB dimaksudkan untuk mengukur kemampuan dan atau keterampilan peserta ujian yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi jabatan atau pekerjaan yang dilamar. Wawancara
3. Wawancara merupakan tahap terakhir dari seleksi.

V. PENETAPAN HASIL SELEKSI
  1. Keputusan Tim Pengadaan CPNS Bakosurtanal bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
VI. KETENTUAN LAIN-LAIN
  1. Seluruh Tahapan Seleksi Tidak Dipungut Biaya Apapun
  2. Apabila pelamar yang ditetapkan diterima tidak mendaftarkan diri kembali atau tidak melengkapi berkas lamaran yang dibutuhkan pada waktu yang ditentukan, maka yang bersangkutan dinyatakan mengundurkan diri dan dikenakan denda.
  3. Hal-hal lain yang belum diatur akan ditetapkan dan diumumkan kemudian. Pelamar wajib tunduk dan mengikuti ketentuan yang tetapkan.
Tata Cara Pendaftaran/Lamaran (Registrasi Secara Online)
  1. Pelamar wajib memiliki alamat email yang aktif untuk mengikuti proses rekruitmen CPNS Bakosurtanal.
  2. Setiap pelamar harus melakukan Registrasi online melalui portal resmi pengadaan cpns di alamat http://cpns.bakosurtanal.go.id pada waktu yang telah ditetapkan.
  3. Setelah mengisi form pendaftaran ke sistem e-recruitment Bakosurtanal, peserta yang memenuhi syarat akan mendapat email notifikasi untuk aktivasi account yang telah dibuat.
  4. Proses login ke sistem hanya dapat dilakukan apabila pelamar telah melakukan aktivasi account.
  5. Peserta melakukan registrasi secara online dengan mengisi form registrasi yang telah disediakan.
  6. Setiap pelamar hanya diperkenankan melakukan registrasi satu kali.
  7. Pada saat registrasi, setiap pelamar diminta untuk mengunggah dokumen-dokumen lamaran dalam bentuk soft copy (maksimal ukuran file 1 Mb). Dokumen tersebut adalah :
    • Foto terbaru , format file dalam bentuk (.jpg/.jpeg/.gif/.png)
    • Ijazah dan transkrip nilai, format file dalam bentuk (.jpg/.jpeg/.gif/.png). Ijazah Sementara atau Surat Keterangan Lulus berlaku, dengan catatan fotocopy ijazah asli yang telah dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang diserahkan paling lambat pada saat ujian tertulis, jika tidak menyerahkan sampai waktu tersebut maka pelamar dinyatakan gugur.
    • Abstrak skripsi, format file dalam bentuk (.doc/.docx/.pdf)
    • KTP yang masih berlaku, format file dalam bentuk (.jpg/.jpeg/.gif/.png)
    • Bukti surat keterangan akreditasi dari BAN-PT (bila di ijazah belum ada data akreditasi), format file dalam bentuk (.jpg/.jpeg/.gif/.png)
    • Surat pernyataan bermaterai yang memuat persyaratan umum dan khusus (format didownload), format file dalam bentuk (.jpg/.jpeg/.gif/.png)
  8. Pelamar menandai kolom pernyataan pelamar yang menyatakan bahwa informasi yang diberikan adalah benar dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan.
  9. Pelamar akan mendapatkan nomor pendaftaran setelah pelamar melakukan proses finalisasi data lamaran. Sebelum melakukan finalisasi data, pastikan bahwa data sudah benar dan tidak akan mengalami perubahan.
  10. Pelamar yang telah melakukan proses finalisasi data akan mendapatkan email notifikasi dan wajib mengirimkan berkas lamaran via pos ke alamat yang telah ditentukan.

Practice answering interview questions and practice your responses to the typical job interview questions and answers most employers ask. Think of actual examples you can use to describe your skills. Providing evidence of your successes is a great way to promote your candidacy.    

Prepare, Prepare a response so you are ready for the question "What do you know about our company. Know the interviewer's name and use it during the job interview. If you're not sure of the name, call and ask prior to the interview. Try to relate what you know about the company when answering questions.    

Get Ready, Make sure your interview attire is neat, tidy and appropriate for the type of firm you are interviewing with. Bring a nice portfolio with copies of your resume. Include a pen and paper for note taking.    
Be On Time, Be on time for the interview. On time means five to ten minutes early. If need be, take some time to drive to the office ahead of time so you know exactly where you are going and how long it will take to get there.    

Stay Calm, During the job interview try to relax and stay as calm possible. Take a moment to regroup. Maintain eye contact with the interviewer. Listen to the entire question before you answer and pay attention - you will be embarrassed if you forget the question!    

Show What You Know, Try to relate what you know about the company when answering questions. When discussing your career accomplishments match them to what the company is looking for.

Follow Up, Always follow-up with a thank you note reiterating your interest in the position. If you interview with multiple people send each one a thank you note.
