Currently we have a position open in our Jakarta office for a: Safety Manager (Code: HSE) (Jakarta Raya) Requirements: Bachelor or Master Degree in Social Science, Engineering, or studies related to Oil and Gas Industry. 10+ years with at least 7 years in the Oil and Gas industry. Managing all activities of ensuring that all operations at INPEX Indonesia are done according to international Safety & Security best standards and practices and in compliance with Indonesia Safety & Security laws and regulations; Managing the setting up of INPEX Safety & Security Policies and Strategies compatible to local and international standards and practices; Managing the processes of assuring that INPEX operations meet Safety & Security best practices through working with all operating units to set INPEX Safety & Security standards and procedures for all levels of operational practices; Managing the processes of assuring that INPEX operations comply with Safety & Security international standards and local laws and regulations through working with all operating units in the front-end loading phase of the operational plan; Leading and managing the processes of regular Safety audits and provision of feedback for Safety improvements to all operating units; Manage the delivery of all safety education, socialization, and campaign programs - designed by System Development group - to improve the Safety awareness as well as to improve the Safety competencies of all INPEX employees; Managing the reporting of Safety & Security incidents and cases in all INPEX operations to INPEX Management and/or Government Offices; Managing the security systems and work with security provider organizations in ensuring security of all INPEX area of works in progress; Ensuring compliance to existing laws, regulations and company's Health, Safety and Environment standard procedures and practices Fluency in English both spoken and written Computer Literacy. Senior Lead Mechanical Engineer (JP-LME) (Banten) Responsibilities: Technically accountable for all mechanical design/engineering. This shall include responsibility for all mechanical and rotating equipment. Shall be responsible for the generation of all required specifications, covering areas of design, equipment purchase, equipment manufacturing, testing, installation, mechanical completion, commissioning and start-up. Procedure recommendations / procedures covering the commissioning and start-up of nominated concept systems mechanical equipment. Requirements: General Requirment : Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge productive working relationships with all personnel.Personal motivation and self learning ability Ability to lead and interface within multi-discipline Company and contractor engineering and fabrication teams.
