Nilai tidak perlu terlalu tinggi, namun harus menyentuh rata-rata, misalnya untuk STM rata-rata 7. Untuk yang perguruan tinggi, IPK 2,75 minimalnya. Dalam masing-masing posisi dalam formasi CPNS DKI jakarta tersebut, nantinya harus mau ditempatkan di daerah mana saja di sekitaran jakarta.
