LIABILITIES PRODUCT MANAGER (LPM)

Key Responsibilities:

* Responsible development of Liabilities Product
* Participate in the creation of new products, marketing activities
* Take active role in product setup, launch, training, and maintenance.
* Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the current products' policy and procedures
* Responsible for the training of new products, features or system related to the liabilities products
* Formulate product development strategies/plans for the business.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

* Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline (preferably majoring in Economics) from reputable university
* Must have minimum 3 years experience in liabilities product (preferably from the largest local bank)
* Pleasant personality, excellent communication and presentation skills
* Own good judgment, initiative and problem solving skills
* Have good team spirit and interpersonal skills
* Able to work under pressure with a minimum supervision
* PC literate, high integrity, and have a strong analytical
* Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English

PROJECT MANAGER (PM)

A Project Manager is responsible for successfully leading a team of implementation consultants in carrying out software implementation process for a customer. A Project Manager is expected to deliver technical and business process at a consulting level for projects conducted for customers or internally within the company. Project Manager is the primary person in charge to ensure that the project is completed with a high level of customer satisfaction, achievement of goals set prior to the project, and completion in accordance with the approved time and financial budget.

General Requirements:

* A Bachelor Degree from reputable University majoring in Information System, Computer Science, or Equivalent
* An English proficient candidate, both in oral and written
* A good communicator with strong leadership capability
* A mature individual with high self-confident, and able to work effectively within tight schedule

Technical Qualifications:

* Having at least three years experience in ERP and Software project implementation
* Having capability to lead and manage people to build a strong team
* Having profound HR and/or ERP knowledge and proven experience
* Having good presentation, technical and business writing skills

South Pacific Viscose (SPV) member of the Lenzing Group is located in Purwakarta, West Java. The company has been a producer of viscose staple fibers and sodium sulfate since 1982. The initial fiber production capacity has risen from 30,000 to 150,000p.a. The capacity for sodium sulfate is currently at 90.000p.a.

Accountability:

Managing on going organization development process in order to motivating and creating a competent workforce within HR applicable guidelines of maintaining consistency.

Skill/Knowledge/Experience Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree/Master preferably from Management from reputable university
* Minimum +7 years' experience in multinational company
* Have strong & depth knowledge & concept to design effective organization, job description, job grading, performance management, talent management, succession planning and training & development
* Expert in competency development and competency based training.
* Able to translate people development initiatives from performance management and organization needs into training identification until execution.
