Sebagai : Tenaga Account Officer (AO) / Pengelolaan Pemasaran Kredit. Persyaratan yang dibutuhkan : Pendidikan minimal S1 PTN/PTS dari semua jurusan terakreditasi, diutamakan jurusan Ekonomi, Hukum. IPK min 2,75 skala 4 Usia, bila tanpa pengalaman kerja maks 25 tahun (belum berulang tahun ke 26 saat seleksi awal). Dengan pengalaman kerja min 1 th diutamakan dibidang perbankan maks 30 th (belum berulang tahun ke 31 saat seleksi awal). Diutamakan berdomisili di wilayah Riau Daratan dan Kepulauan. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah kerja Bank. Memiliki SIM C Pelaksanaan: Seleksi dilaksanakan di Pekanbaru dan Batam Biaya transportasi dan akomodasi lainnya selama proses seleksi menjadi tanggung jawab peserta Proses seleksi dilakukan dengan sistem gugur.
