As part of our continued expansion, we are in search of qualified and experienced personnel for the following vacancy: Purchasing Specialist – Abu Dhabi (Ref:EP0912729) (UAE – Abu Dhabi) Responsibilities: # Performs a variety of duties related to the procurement of plant machinery, equipment engineering spare parts, chemicals and additives from domestic and worldwide suppliers according to applicable company procedures to meet company requirements. # Preparing commercial and assisting in technical bid analysis. # Providing techno-commercial recommendations for award and preparing purchase orders for further processing. Requirements: # B.SC in an engineering discipline such as mechanical, electrical, chemical or IT. # Fives years in procurement in petrochemical ,oil and gas sector in middle east region. # SAP user. # Excellent communications skills. # 5 years related experience. Subsea Pipeline Engineers (Singapore) Responsibilities: # Prepare calculations, prepare reports and specifications for offshore pipeline and subsea and hydrocarbons projects as directed by the Supervisor/Line Manager # Participate in project construction review and engineering assignments. # Conceptual and detailed engineering. Materials Technology and specifications. # MTO, Cost estimate and project management # Up to date knowledge and experience with the offshore oil and gas industry with about 6 years of relevant experience # Liaise with other discipline designers and engineers # Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the company Quality Assurance system. # Safety – Responsible for personal safety, safe working practices. # Understand and follow OH&S procedures Requirements: # Tertiary qualifications and at least 6 years experience in conceptual studies, FEED, detailed design and construction management, of which at least 3 years in the oil and gas industry within the offshore Subsea pipeline industry. # Proven ability to work with a minimal supervision. # Ability and willingness to meet agreed deadlines. # Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness and ability to work as part of team. # Well developed report writing skills.
