Internal Audit Team Leader (IATL) • S1 or Master Degree in Accounting or Engineering • Having experiences in 3 big Audit Firm • 30-40 Years Old • Having 5 years experience in preparing audit plan, audit program and conducting audit field work • Experienced in preparing audit report and follow up audit progress report • Able to handle any relevant ad hoc or consulting task 2. Regulation Compliance (REG) • S1 degree in Law • Having 4 – 5 years experience, especially as legal auditor • Familiar with regulation compliance • Having knowledge of the latest regulation in mining • Having good human relationship 3. Senior In House Lawyer (IHL) • S1 or S2 Degree in Law • Having 5 years experience in legal department or reputable law firm • Having knowledge in corporate and general business laws is a must • Experienced in preparing contract drafting and reviewing • Familiar with contract monitoring of compliances and management of contracts • Experienced in handling corporate and litigation process and disputes relates to operation and business • Able to demonstrate extensive legal advices and trainings 4. Land Administration Manager (LAM) • S1 in Law • Having 8 – 10 years experiences in Government Relation • Having experiences to do Land Compensation or Land Acquisitions, especially for Mining Area • Experience in manage all document related to land ownership • Having good ability to negotiate and develop relationship with local community • Having good knowledge of Mining Regulation and Land Compensation are preferable GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS: 1. PROCUREMENT OFFICER / SUPERVISOR Responsible to handle, coordinate and make decision in local and international product purchase. Experienced in importing and exporting product. Responsible in delivering, storing product, and managing warehouse. Possess a good negotiation skill, team working and interpersonal skills as well as strong leadership. 8. FINANCE OFFICER / SUPERVISOR Responsible to deal with all financial activities, including administration handling, good ability in performing analysis on financial report, capable of preparing financial report, having good knowledge in AR, GL, and taxation is preferable. 9. CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER Responsible to provide services to customer, to supervise goods demand and goods transfer process. Proficient in market orientation and market development. Good ability in sales administration. 10. ESTIMATOR Responsible to estimate the power of constructions and to count the project expense. Also responsible for controlling, scheduling, and assisting the project implementation. Minimum qualification is diploma 3 (D3) or bachelor degree major in civil engineering. 11. HSE OFFICER / SUPERVISOR Responsible to coordinate and supervise the overall health, safety and environmental program at work. Also, to compile and manage the safety and environment procedures in accordance with applicable safety and environment standard.
