In line with expansion of our services in both hospitals RS PONDOK INDAH in South Jakarta and RS PURI INDAH in West Jakarta, we are inviting applications from highly qualified and experienced individuals to fill following positions:
Medical Services Manager (MSM)
Clinical Support Manager (CSM)
Risk Manager (RIM)
Competent Nursing Staffs & Midwives (NS)
General Pre-requisite for all Manager positions
- Medical Doctor with valid medical license (1,2,3) or S1 degree for health related discipline such as Nursing (3)
- Having 6 or more years of clinical and managerial experience is a must.
- Willing to work as a full timer and ability to work under pressure.
- Computer literate and able to communicate in English
- Decisive yet supportive of distributed decision making, able to make tough decision and mature in judgement.
- Ability to function both independently and collaboractively.
Demonstrate integrity and honesty.

Specific Pre-Requisite for MSM
- Good understanding of clinical pathways, National & International accreditation Standard, Clinical Risk Management.
- Experience in effectively balancing patients & hospital needs with a strong clinical focus.
- Post Graduate degree in hospital administration, medical technology or a related field will be an advantage.
Specific Pre-Requisite for CSM
- Extensive experience in Clinical support services such as pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, medical rehabilitation and dietary.
- Good understanding of National & International accreditation Standards & Clinical Risk Management.

Specific Pre-Requisite for RIM
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management/Audit will be a strong advantage.
- Broad understanding of all keys areas of hospital and experience in more than one of the following areas: patient care, health administration, legal support or insurance/claims investigation and settlement.
- Sound understanding of Risk Management principles and philosophy and experience in the use of risk management methodologies , tools and techniques.
- At least 12 month experience in risk management in hospital.

Specific Pre-Requisite for Nursing Staffs & Midwives
- Min D3, preferably S1 graduate in Nursing.
- Experience at least 2 years in related nursing field such as ICU/ICCU, Operating Theater, - Emergency, in patient wards, hemodialysis, maternity, etc.
- Certified for Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Excellent communication skills and conversant contemporary model of care.

Qualification:

- Excellent communication skill (preferably, able to write and speak English fluently )

3. Product Specialists (PSs)
Qualification:
- Having a solid integrity and honest personality, sense of urgency, team worker and willing to learn new things.
- Age below 30 years
- Minimum D-3, science is preferable
- Minimum 3 years experience as medical reps/ product specialist in pharmaceutical company (NOT medical device company)
- Excellent communication skill (English literacy is preferable)
- Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Surabaya and Medan.

Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Management Information. With GPA min 3.00 (Scale 4) .Have a good knowledge about troubleshooting H/W PC, LAN, Setting O/S Windows Client, Linux Client and server. Male, max 26 years old, Willing to travel, Placement in Surabaya and Gunung Putri (Bogor).
DOCUMENTATION STAFF (DOC-A)
Bachelor Degree in Information System. Age max 28 years old, Have a good knowledge in Computerized system. Understanding about DFC, ERD, Flow Chart, Use Case and any other tools design. Familiar with Visio.
IT QA STAFF (TEST-A)
Diploma degree in Computer or Information Technology System. Max 26 years old. Understanding about database and database relation concept.
MIROBIOLOGY SUPERVISOR (MICRO SPV-A) and MICROBIOLOGY STAFF (MICRO-A)

DKT is one of the largest private providers of contraceptives and reproductive health products in Indonesia. We are seeking the right person for an Assistant Manager's position in our Accounting and Finance Department
- Min Experience of 2 years as Assistant Manager Finance and Accounting or comparable experience.
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or higher .
- Experience with Public Accounting Firm at least 2 years (big five is an distinct advantage)
- Comfortable reporting in English.
- Strong computer skills and accounting software knowledge (preferably Sun System).
- Strong analytical skills, disciplined, self motivated and detail oriented.
- Brevet A-B-C in Indonesia is preferred.

U.S Embassy Jakarta has a vacancy for a Housing/Leasing Assistant. The incumbent will manage Real Property Management for all agencies and S/he is responsible for locating suitable housing the company lease , including preliminary negotiations, lease agreement and termination and correspondence with landlords in all matters related to maintenance and repair of structural deficiencies of houses buildings.

Qualifications required:
- The completion of Senior High School is required.
- At least 3 years progressive experience in real estate, including 1 year experience in residential leasing.
- Level IV (fluent) of English and Level IV (fluent) Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Must have good knowledge of local market conditions, pricing structure and the capabilities of potential housing agents, landlords and contractors.
- Must be able to judge the quality of housing available in relation to prices and must be able to coordinate and manage construction , renovation and maintenance of residential and non residential real estate.
- Must be able to evaluate and negotiate leases for residential and non residential real estate, and ensure landlord compliance with the terms of the lease agreement.
