1. Male/Female with maximum age of 25
2. Bachelor or Master Degree from reputable university especially from Communication majoring Public Relations.
3. At least 2 years experience in Public Relations.
4. Proficiency in written & verbal English is preferred.
5. Able to make mass communication program.
6. Able to develop communication concept and strategy.
7. Computer Literate.
8. Good communication / excellent negotiation, leadership and multi-tasking skills.
9. Good interpersonal skill, target oriented, hardworking and professional manner.
10. Can work under pressure.
11. Willing to work overtime.
12. Creative and innovative.
13. Contract based.

Seeking for Soft Competency Trainer Staff

We are one of the largest Automobile manufacturer company, and now we are seeking for soft competency - trainer staff.

Requirements:
- Male, with age maximum 27 years old
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring any disiplines with minimal GPA 3.00
- Proficient in Ms Office Application (Word, Excell & Powerpoint)
- Fluent in English, good communication & presentation skill
- at least 1 years experience in training
- have a good knowledge in competencies, TNA, and training evaluation.
