Requirements:

* Minimum S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy Engineering from reputable University.
* At least 5 years experience in painting of industrial plant, power plant and oil & gas
* Should have NACE certification or B4T-Bandung or NDE level II ASNT in RT or PT or UT.
* Must be proficient with knowledge of Construction standard practices and methods.
* Maximum age 40 years old.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
# Language proficiency verbal and written both English and Bahasa Indonesia, minimum TOEFL Score 450
# Must have good leadership, communication skill, high integrity and loyalty
# Able to work as a team or independently

The priority of the role is in delivering service excellence, and support the focus of customer satisfaction, maintaining or exceeding defined Service Levels, continuous improvement and productivity, operational efficiency, developing client solutions while accelerating revenue growth. The incumbent will be responsible for the achievement of accelerated revenue growth through identifying client solutions/ improvements in practices and procedures and by developing and implementing change initiatives beneficial to business. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager Client Service Asia, the role designate will be accountable for the running of the Client Service team in Indonesia. You will manage client relationship with all ANZ business stakeholders and support the delivery of a superior customer Service experience for the Corporate, Institutional Bank and FISO customer base. This will be achieved by regular customer visits and communication. Apart from being a key customer contact person for the customer in relation to all service related issues, you will provide direction and leadership to the Client Service team encouraging behaviours essential to the delivery of business.

Other responsibilities include, producing accurate and timely management reports for all designated areas and managing all servicing processes for ANZ Corporate & Institutional (C&IB) FISO clients ensuring SLA's and productivity targets are achieved or exceeded. Additionally, you will also be required to develop and maintain strong working relationships with key local stakeholders, including Cash sales and other internal service providers to ensure a complete end to end service proposition.

Qualifications

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience with a Bachelors/Masters degree in banking and a strong conceptual and practical understanding of Global Payments and Cash Management. Demonstrated people management capabilities and excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead a team are highly desirable. Your commitment towards a customer focused environment and service culture, combined with the experience and success in identifying and implementing constructive change to increase productivity, reduce cost and improve service, adds value to your application for this post.
