Berijazah Sarjana (S1) dan Pasca Sarjana (S2) dari Universitas Negeri maupun Swasta (dengan akreditasi A)
Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) min. 2.9 (skala 4) untuk S1 dan min 3.4 (skala 4) untuk S2
Pengalaman kerja min 1 tahun dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan Kerja
Usia pada 01 Februari 2010 max. 26 tahun untuk S1 dan max. 28 tahun untuk S2
Energik, ambisius dan mampu bekerja keras
Mampu berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan

Kualifikasi perawat yang dibutuhkan sebagai berikut:

Lulusan D3 Keperawatan
Berusia tidak lebih dari 27 tahun
Mampu berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris
Mampu menguasai komputer minimal: MS. Word, Excel,Power Point, Mozilla Firefox/ Internet Explorer
