Branch Manager (BM)

TANGGUNG JAWAB UTAMA:

Pencapaian target Sales, Operation dan Collection (A/R) di Cabang.
Menganalisa dan memberikan persetujuan untuk aplikasi kredit yang baik.
Membuka & membina hubungan baik dengan dealer.
Mengkoordinir dan mengontrol manpower, budget & expense Cabang.
Coaching & counselling seluruh bawahan

KUALIFIKASI:

Usia 27 – 45 tahun
Pendidikan minimal S1 (semua jurusan)
Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di posisi yang sama di perusahaan Multifinance/Bank/Retail.
Memiliki kemampuan leadership yang tinggi, relasi yang luas
Berpenampilan rapi & menarik, komunikatif, result and customer oriented
Berdedikasi tinggi, pekerja keras, pantang menyerah, dan good team player.

BUSINESS ANALYST

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Finance.
Minimum 4 years experience as a Business Analyst (preferable to have experience in mining/construction related companies in a world class International Corporation).
