National Office is looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and dynamic person to fill the senior vacant position of National Organizational & Capability Development Manager reporting to the Human Resources Director.National Organizational and Capability Development Manager This National Organizational & Capability Development Manager position held the professional responsibility for partnering business leaders in the design and implementation of Organizational Development programs/systems, i.e. Performance Management, Talent Management, Career Management, Graduate Trainee Program, Leadership Development, Organization Design, and Learning & Development, that will best optimize people, strategy, structure, processes and culture.
