 The Data Entry Operator reports, and provides technical support, to the Division Director.  She is basically charged with the timely and efficient input and maintenance of all division project data and to provide an organized data base that meets all administrative and reporting needs of the Office.
 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES1.Indonesian citizen.
 2.High School graduate or equivalent; at least two years of college or computer school preferred.
 3.Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
 4.Experience working with spread sheets, Microsoft Windows, Oracle and a variety of computer graphic formats.
 5.Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm with high accuracy
 6.Able to understand and oral and written instructions and to carry out difficult tasks with a minimum of supervisions.
 7.Pleasant personality with the ability to communicate and interact positively with people under a variety of situations.
 8. Age preferably bellow 35 years old.
 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1.Perform data entry and retrieval tasks as required for the smooth and efficient operation of the Division.  These duties may include, but are not limited to:
 - Receive visitors and telephone calls to the Division, determine their needs, and either refer them to the supervisor of  or take a message if the person is unavailable
 - Maintain updated files on projects
 - Input financial data on projects
 - Prepare reports as required by supervisor
 - Assist with clerical duties as needed, to include filing, distributing and collecting  materials, photocopying and receiving and routing mail
 2. Establish and maintain cooperative and positive relationships with all those involved in the course of work.
 3.  Learn and apply school policies, rules, regulations with good judgment in a variety of situations.
 4. Performs any other work that may be assigned by the Supervisor.
