1. Manager–Electrical Maintenance
QUALIFICATIONS:
Post Graduate / Graduate in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 15 years experience in maintenance of electrical equipment in an electrical power plant / industry for a graduate and 8 years for a post graduate, of which at least 4 years should be in a similar responsible position.
- Shall be responsible for proactive & reliability centered maintenance of electrical equipment and systems installed in a modern GT/ST power and desalination plant.
- Should be able to plan & schedule all maintenance activities with cost effective inventory management and prepare & control budgetary provisions.
- Good co-coordinating, organizing, planning & communication skills are required.
- Should have in depth knowledge of all electrical equipment of a power plant, sequence controls & protections and exposure to Quality, Safety & Environment Management Systems, Root Cause Analysis & computer-aided maintenance techniques.
2. Foreman- Electrical Maintenance
QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 7 years hands on experience in maintenance of electrical equipment in power stations or process industry.
- Shall be able to supervise, guide and execute routine, breakdown and overhaul maintenance jobs of electrical equipment like Generators, Transformers, LV/HV Motors, Switchgear, EOT Cranes, Batteries, Chargers & Inverters and etc. Knowledge of sequence controls, wiring, schematic drawings & safe work procedures is required.
3. Engineer/ Senior Engineer–Electrical Maintenance
QUALIFICATIONS:
Post Graduate / Graduate in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 12 years experience in maintenance of electrical equipment in an electrical power plant / industry for a graduate and 8 years for a post graduate, of which at least 4 years should be in a similar responsible position.
- Shall be responsible for proactive & reliability centered maintenance of electrical equipment and systems installed in a modern GT/ST power and desalination plant.

- Minimum 5 years for graduate & 3 years for postgraduate candidate having experience of maintenance of electrical equipment in an electrical power plant or process industry.
- Shall be responsible for supervising reliability-centered maintenance of equipments like Generators, Transformers, HV & LV motors, switchgears, EOT Cranes, Batteries and Chargers & Inverters.
- Good co-coordinating and communication skills are required. A very good computer cognizance is preferred.
5. SENIOR POWER STATION OPERATOR
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mech./Elect./Power)
- AGE – Not more than 35 years
- Minimum 2 – 5 years experience in operation of a modern gas/thermal power & desalination station.
- The applicant shall be well versed in power / desalination plant operations through DCS system.
- Responsible for monitoring and operating the plant / equipment from the central control boards and optimize plant operation.
- Responsible for satisfactory operation of the assigned plant (Boiler, Turbine, Generator and Desalination Plant) with the appointed crew.
- Supervise, instruct and co-ordinate with the assigned crew efficiency and effectively fulfill their job functions and assignments.
- Check and review the operating conditions and records in order to investigate the weak and troublesome point in advance of any occurrence.
- Maintain the operating equipment and facilities in sound and clean condition.
- Maintain detailed operation logs for all operation activities.
- Carry out isolation of the equipment for planned and emergency maintenance and normalization of the plant thereafter.
- Follow safety rules and ensure close adherence to the safety, environment and quality requirements. Should be willing to work in shifts
6. POWER STATION OPERATOR
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mech./Elect./Power)

- Practical experience in ABB PROCONTROL P-13 / P–14 / PMS & POS, GE –-Speedtronic Mark – VI, ABB DCS – INFI – 90 / Symphony, Siemens DCS- Teleperm – ME / Teleperm – XP, Simadyn – D Controller, Toshiba DCS TOSMAP, PLC SIAMTIC –S5 / S7, CEGELEC PLC, Allen bardley PLC, HIMA PLC.
- Fire fighting and detection system Minimax / Simplex capability.

- Carry out of the repair and maintenance work of all types of field instruments such as temperature, pressure, level, vibration, speed, flame detectors, transmitters, switches, gauges, recorders and analyzers.
- Calibration and maintenance of various types of control actuators e.g. Hydraulic, pneumatic and motorized control valves.
- Work experience of various types of workshop test equipment.
- Supervision ability and guidance of work crafts and reporting capability. Self motivated and can work under pressure.
- Should have awareness of personnel and equipment safety such as PLC, DCS and through understanding of control loops.
11. SR. Engineer Mechanical Maintenance (Steam Turbine)
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must have worked as a Maintenance Engineer involving routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance of a Medium and heavy duty Steam Turbines, Back pressure steam turbines, power pumps, NG gas compressor etc.
- Should be well experienced in the overhaul/Major/Minor inspections of Steam Turbines and its auxiliaries.
- Should-have-capability of effectively plan, Monitor overhauls schedule to achieve high-reliability and efficiency of the plant.
- Should have experience in troubleshooting of the equipment malfunctions and finalize short term/ long-term corrective actions.
- Should have adequate writing/communication skills to prepare reports, tender specifications, contract documents etc.
- Shall be responsible for preparation of maintenance budget, control and effective utilization of the same.
- Should have experience in spare parts planning, purchase and inspection activities.
- Should have good knowledge of computerized Maintenance management system.
- Should have good knowledge of Safety, OHSAS and ISO standards.
13.SR. Engineer Mechanical Maintenance (Boiler)
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Candidate must have minimum 10-12 years experience in a large Power Station.
- Must have worked as a Maintenance Engineer involving routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance of a High pressure Boilers, Heat recovery boilers( NG/LFO firing),High pressure valves, Control valves, Safety Valves, High Pressure piping ,Drum , Burner duct, Diverter Damper ,Boiler tubes /header etc..
- Should be well experienced in the overhaul/Major inspection and trouble shooting of Power /Heat recovery boilers and it’s auxiliaries.
- Should-have-capability of effectively plans. Monitor overhauls schedule to achieve high-reliability and efficiency of the plant.
- Should have experience in high pressure welding and NDT test applicable in Boiler Tubes and headers.
- Should have adequate writing/communication skills to prepare reports, tender specifications, contract documents maintenance budget, control and effective utilization of the same.
- Having knowledge of standards and practices applicable to Boiler plant equipments will be added advantage.
- Should have good knowledge of computerized Maintenance Management system Safety, OHSAS and ISO standards etc.
14. Engineer Mechanical Maintenance (Boiler)
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Candidate must have minimum 10-12 years experience in a large Power Station.
- Must have worked as a Maintenance Engineer involving routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance of a High pressure Boilers, Heat recovery boilers( NG/LFO firing),High pressure valves, Control valves, Safety Valves, High Pressure piping ,Drum , Burner duct, Diverter Damper ,Boiler tubes /header etc.
- Should be well experienced in the overhaul/Major inspection and trouble shooting of Power /Heat recovery boilers and its auxiliaries.

- Should be well experienced in the overhaul/Major/Minor/Annual inspection of Gas Turbines and Its auxiliaries.
- Should-have-capability of effectively plan, Monitor overhauls schedule to achieve high-reliability and efficiency of the plant.
- Should have experience in troubleshooting of the equipment malfunctions and finalize short term/ long-term corrective actions.
- Should have adequate writing/communication skills to prepare reports, tender specifications, contract documents etc.
- Responsible for preparation of maintenance budget, control and effective utilization of the same.

- Must have worked as a Maintenance Engineer involving routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance of a Gas Turbines and its auxiliaries. (Preferably Siemens/General Electric Gas Turbines)

- Must have worked as a Maintenance Engineer involving routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance of a of the Desalination plant of MSF technology, including sea water system, DM water plant, verticals pumps ( BBD/BRP,SEA WATER pumps).
- Should-have-capability of effectively plan, Monitor overhauls/Annual schedule to achieve high-reliability and efficiency of the Desalination plants.
- Should have experience in troubleshooting of the equipment malfunctions and finalize short term/ long-term corrective actions.
- Knowledge of Corrosion technology, including selection of material for different application will have added advantage.
- Should have adequate writing/communication skills to prepare reports, tender specifications, contract documents etc.

19. Asst. Engineer (Mechanical Maintenace)
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 6-8 years experience for degree/Diploma holders.
- Should have worked in a large Power Station of large Petrochemical, Fertilizer factory as a Maintenance Engineer responsible for routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance of a large Power Steam/Gas Turbines, Boilers, and Large Pumps etc.
- Should have experience in overhaul Major Inspection of Steam or Gas Turbines.
- Should have capability to effectively plan, schedule, and supervise work with highest reliability and productivity.
- Should have experience in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and select corrective actions.
- Should have adequate writing skills to prepare reports and written documents- shall have a good knowledge of standards and practices applicable to power plant equipment
- Should have experience in spare parts planning, purchase and inspection activities.
- Should have knowledge in using computerized Maintenance management system effectively over and above good computer use experience.
- Shall ensure good safety practices in work.
20.Foreman (Mechanical Maintenance)
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 6-8 years experience in a large power station or similar field like refinery, petrochemical or fertilizer plant.
- Shall have experience in overhaul or major inspection of a large Steam / Gas Turbines, pumps, compressors, boilers, high pressure valves, etc. S
- Shall have knowledge of international standards on material and machinery fit standard, tolerances.
- Shall have basic knowledge of ND tests. Shall have experience in planning, scheduling and execution overhaul work.
- Shall have leadership qualities to lead a team of professional technicians for timely and quality work execution.
- Should have experience in computer use for data entry and analysis using a maintenance management system software
- Shall have experience in Pipeline fabrication and or overhaul of large vertical and multistage pumps.
- Should have good experience with renowned maintenance / refurbishment contractors
- Should be safety conscious.
21.Senior Mechanic
QUALIFICATIONS
Higher Secondary School Certificate followed by Trade School Certificate- Apprenticeship / on job training in power station or continuous process Industry.
- Minimum 8 years experience in maintenance and overhaul of large Steam Turbines and / or Major Inspection of Industrial Gas Turbines.
- Have experience in Overhaul of Large vertical pumps, Power boilers, Multi stage high-pressure pumps etc.
- Capable of independently handling the work allocated to him on overhaul of the equipment referred to above.
- Shall have a fair knowledge of the rigging of parts of large machines and various measuring instruments and precision tools.
- Shall have capability to align turbine to generator.
- Shall be able to read and understand machine drawings and should be familiar with fits and tolerances in assembly of machinery.
- Should be able to converse English language.
General skills and qualifications required:
- Male, Age between 30 – 45 years old.
- Must have excellent spoken and written in English, other language is highly desirable.
- Working Reference and Computer literate
- A self starter, energetic,good personality, highly motivated and inspirational
- Have excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and good team work.
