Relationship Manager – Bali

Responsibilities:

The incumbent is responsible for growing Premium customer portfolio through proactive relationship sales.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Serve as the primary frontline liaison with Citibank customers.
- Build the business by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
- Develop and implement planning of sales activities in order to achieve given targets.
- Assess customer needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
- Assist customers in their financial planning.
- Ensure that current and prospective customers have a consistently superior Citibank experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from a reputable university and a minimum GPA of 3.00
2 – 5 years' sales work experience, preferably in banking / financial services industry or other high-end products or services
Familiarity with lifestyle of the affluent market
Excellent verbal and written English
Sales and service oriented
High level of integrity, confidence, persistence, and dedication
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Self-driven, eager to learn and a strong need for achievement
