PT Kiran Resources Indonesia (Kiran) is a fast growing financial and management consulting firm. Kiran is also known as one of the leading providers for executive development program in the banking, finance and strategy management area. Kiran is a market leader in Risk Management Certification Board Examination executive development program for banking officials. As a financial consultant, Kiran also actively involves in numerous structured finance transactions.

Corporate Communication Officer
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

Managing Kiran Bulletin, among others: propose theme, write articles, developing strategy to get advertisements for the bulletin, develop pick up points (distribution channels)
Prepare all publication materials to be issued by the company, among others: flyers, brochures, leaflets, booklets and company profiles.
Administer website, especially in updating the content
Administer Kiran Alumni Network mailing list.
Prepare proposal and presentation materials to clients, in connection with advisory transactions and/or executive development programs
Develop and translate training program material.

Requirements:

Minimum S 1 majoring Public Relations/Communication, Management and Marketing from reputable academy/university.
Experience in Public Relations/Corporate Communication/Mass Media.
Proficient in operating Microsoft Office (word, excel and power point), and Desktop Publishing.
English proficiency both oral and written is a must
Able to work based on time table, good networking, good communication skill, highly motivated to master new things, responsible and responsive.

Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will be trained through three phases:

Phase 1: Sales, Customer Service and Marketing (Dealing with corporate businesses, events and individual face-to-face on behalf of our clients)
Phase 2: Human resource development and people management
Phase 3: Client and office management

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Willing to travel in Indonesia and Overseas
