Our client, an Independent Surveying Service Company, is seeking an experienced candidate for the following position:
Agri Business Development Manager (Code: ABD)

Job Function:
- Responsible for research and development of agri-business for the Company in liaison with other functional units.
- Establish business potential in the agriculture sector
- Establish the current needs of the market segment, linkages with key market players and identifying specific customer needs that may require review of existing products or development of new tailor made products
- Co-ordinate with key institutions relevant to agricultural sector and its value chain including Government and Development partners
- Develop project concepts, proposals and business plans appropriate for the sector
- Project co-ordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.

Requirements:
- Male/Female, max 40 years old
- Must have a Bachelors degree in either Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Commerce or Marketing
- A Master degree in Business Development/Entrepreneurship will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven track record in successful business development in the agricultural sector
- Familiar with Agricultural products
- Technical knowledge and experience in related industry
- Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written) and negotiation skills
- Must be strong in research and analytical skills
- Advanced report writing and presentation skills
- Must have project development and management skills
- Excellent interpersonal/networking skills
- Good personal judgment, initiative, creativity and maturity
- Able to travel outstation.
- Able to work independently and coordinate several activities simultaneously with regular communications to all parties.
- Able to interact with clients.

Our client, an Oil & Gas Services company, is seeking an experienced candidate for the following position:
Petroleum Laboratory Manager (Code: PLM) – JAKARTA BASED
Job Function:
- Manage all activities of petroleum laboratory
- Determine equipment purchase priorities based on budget allowances, condition of existing equipment, and scheduled laboratory activities.
- Manage and organize care and use of equipment to Supervisors and Chemists.
- Builds prototype equipment, applying electromechanical knowledge and using hand tools and power tools.
- Trains Supervisors and Chemists in application and use of new equipment.
- Diagnoses equipment malfunctions and dismantles and repairs equipment, applying knowledge of shop mechanics and using gauges, meters, handtools, and power tools.
- Develops methods of laboratory experimentation, applying knowledge of scientific theory and computer capability.
- Confers with all staffs periodically to evaluate new equipment and methods.

Requirements:
- Male/Female, Max 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Petrochemical or Petroleum Engineering, MBA would be an advantage
- Has extensive experience in Petroleum Laboratory Testing and Operations, knowledge on manuals and publications associated with petroleum testing and operating fuel test kits
- Have an excellent understanding of concepts and equipment of Petroleum Operations and a thorough knowledge of quality surveillance for fuels.
- Posses good communication skills in English and be able to adapt to rapid changes in a positive manner and work to tight deadlines.

This is our job description for SALES EXECUTIVE for Omeoo.com (PT. JAKARTA INTERACTIVE).

As a sales executive you will be tasked with targeting and driving new businesses. Specifically this will involve promoting and selling the company's portfolio of products, from web design, web application, media buying, search engine marketing, and other online based services.

Focusing on a new business you'll be expected to identify and source your own leads and when required, visit prospects. This role requires the ability to understand the client's needs and create value-added proposals, whilst building effective relationships.

You must have proven sales experience gained within a similar environment, such as digital marketing, a digital agency, seo agency, web design agency, internet marketing agency, etc.

As a sales executive, you'll also need to be an excellent communicator with strong influencing skills and the ability to work as part of a team. You should also thrive under pressure, enjoy a challenge, and have a dynamic, proactive and disciplined approach.

Requirements:
- A minimum 1 year of sales experience in the similar environment
- Male / Female
- Be able to work under pressure
- Get your own leads for prospecting
- Take your own initiatives and be able to work as a team player

You will be placed under 4 to 6 months probation before you will become a full time employee. Benefits will be provided when your status turn into a full time employment.
