Overseas drilling contractor company urgently required :
Position: Assistant Accounting Manager

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting.
- Minimum 5 years in professional accounting experience. CPA holder is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, revenue code and withholding tax.
- Must be able to close monthly and yearly account independently.
- Proactive and strong analytical skills.
- Must have previous work experience using accounting system software. Experience with SUN system is a plus.
- Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good command of English is required
This position will be base in Balikpapan.

Project Accountant
(project Based)

SUMMARY:
- Over all site admin excluding Licences
- Finance and Accounting Admin, excluding financial report

Responsibilities:
- Book/Post all transaction of; cash, banks, account payable, account receivable, debit note BAUER.
- Make payment adjustment journal and book/post:
- Prepayment of rental office/house, insurance and others
- Fixed asset depreciation
- PPh 21
- Jamsostek
- Interests
- Work in progress
- Consumables from stock
- Check all transaction which are already posted (the code, the journal)
- Make statement of account for BAUER.
- Reconcile of PPh 26 payable and prepaid PPh 26 with tax
- Reconcile of VAT on Purchase and sale with tax
- Reconcile of income with tax
- Reconcile of income with tax
- Reconcile of PPh 23, psl 4 (2), 21, payable with tax
- Reconcile of prepaid PPh 22 & 25 with tax
- Make summary of project cost
- Supporting audit matters
- Salary and wages calculation as well as PPh 21.

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from Accounting
- Experience as Project Accounting min 5 years, preferable in construction.
- Preferably having experience from International company
- Excellent communication in English and Indonesia
- Excellent leadership
- Able to operate computer
- Willing to work at site location
- Attention to details

Terms of offer:

This position will be placed in Kalimantan for (approximately) project duration 6 to 8 months with contract employment status in project.
