1. ASISTEN PERBENDAHARAAN

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

Bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan dana
Bertanggung jawab atas dana perkreditan yang disalurkan
Bertanggung jawab atas proses budgeting dan auditing perkreditan

Persyaratan

Pendidikan minimal Strata 1 (S1) Jurusan Akuntansi
Memiliki pengalaman di bidang keungan minimal 3 tahun
Mengerti Ms. Office secara umum
Mampu melakukan proses akuntansi
Memiliki pengetahuan dan wawasan bidang keuangan dan analisa laporan keuangan
Memiliki pemahaman bidang administrasi kredit
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan dapat bekerja sama
Bersedia menjadi Pekerja Waktu Tertentu (PWT) selama 1 tahun

2. ASISTEN PROGRAM KEMITRAAN

(Jakarta Raya, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Kalimantan Timur, Sulawesi Selatan, Sulawesi Utara, Sumatera Selatan)

Bertanggung jawab atas proses kredit yang disalurkan

Persyaratan

Pendidikan minimal Strata 1 (S1) Jurusan Akuntansi atau Perbankan
Memiliki pengalaman di bidang kredit minimal 5 tahun
Mengerti Ms. Office secara umum
Mampu melakukan proses penyaluran kredit
Mampu melakukan proses penagihan kredit
Memiliki pengetahuan dan wawasan bidang keuangan dan analisa laporan keuangan
Memiliki pemahaman bidang administrasi kredit
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan dapat bekerja sama

3. PENGAWAS ADMINISTRASI & KEUANGAN

(Jakarta Raya, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Kalimantan Timur, Sulawesi Selatan, Sumatera Selatan)

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

Bertanggung jawab atas akuntansi keuangan dan manajemen meliputi proses akuntansi, rekonsiliasi bank dan hutang piutang, aging piutang & konfirmasi piutang, laporan keuangan dan laporan manajemen
Bertanggung jawab atas sistem PKBL dan analisa laporan keuangan meliputi likuiditas, solvabilitas, profitabilitas, efektivitas dan kolektabilitas
Bertanggung jawab atas penyusunan rencana kerja dan anggaran

Persyaratan

Pendidikan minimal Strata 1 (S1) Jurusan Akuntansi atau Perbankan
Memiliki pengalaman di bidang keuangan / perbankan / kantor akuntan minimal 5 tahun
Mengerti Ms. Office secara umum
Mampu melakukan proses akuntansi
Memiliki skill yang tinggi di bidang Akuntansi
Memiliki pemahaman bidang administrasi kredit
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan dapat bekerja sama

Prepare, Prepare a response so you are ready for the question "What do you know about our company. Know the interviewer's name and use it during the job interview. If you're not sure of the name, call and ask prior to the interview. Try to relate what you know about the company when answering questions.

Get Ready, Make sure your interview attire is neat, tidy and appropriate for the type of firm you are interviewing with. Bring a nice portfolio with copies of your resume. Include a pen and paper for note taking.
Be On Time, Be on time for the interview. On time means five to ten minutes early. If need be, take some time to drive to the office ahead of time so you know exactly where you are going and how long it will take to get there.

Stay Calm, During the job interview try to relax and stay as calm possible. Take a moment to regroup. Maintain eye contact with the interviewer. Listen to the entire question before you answer and pay attention - you will be embarrassed if you forget the question!

Show What You Know, Try to relate what you know about the company when answering questions. When discussing your career accomplishments match them to what the company is looking for.

Follow Up, Always follow-up with a thank you note reiterating your interest in the position. If you interview with multiple people send each one a thank you note.

Requirements:

University – S1, Food Technologist , Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering
>4 years solid experience in purchasing related to Direct Material (Pack and Raw Material) at supervisor level.
Has experience in contract both writing and management
MS Office and relevant SAP experience
FMCG experience is an advantage
Experience in dealing with overseas suppliers
Achieving Results : structured approach with continuous improvement mindset
Create value for internal customer
