TUGAS & TANGGUNG JAWAB: - Mencari nasabah yang layak sesuai kriteria peraturan bank
- Menilai, menganalisa, mengevaluasi kelayakan kredit dan kelengkapan data jaminan
- Melakukan kunjungan nasabah agar pemberian kredit tepat waktu, tepat jumlah dan tepat sasaran
- Membina hubungan baik dengan nasabah
- Melaksanakan prosedur dan kebijakan tentang Know Your Customer (KYC)
KUALIFIKASI: - Pria/Wanita usia 20 – 27 tahun
- Pengalaman kerja lapangan maksimal 3 tahun, pengalaman perbankan diutamakan
- Pendidikan minimal Diploma 3(semua jurusan)
- Bisa mengoperasikan komputer
- Menyukai eksplorasi area baru

Required Qualifications and Skills: - Undergraduate qualifications from a reputable international university with outstanding academic results
- Having experience at least 5 years experience in banking (preferably including a minimum of 2 years with a Multinational Bank)
- International Experience will be highly regarded
- Experience in making prepare analytical reports such as Interest Earnings calculation model and sales performance report
- Experience in providing internal MIS reporting
- Has an experience in work closely with business and understand what the business needs in making strategic decisions and support business with accurate information
- Knowledge in database management system (eq. Ms SQL, Ms Access etc) is a definite advantage
- Sound Financial Modeling Skills (implying excellent Excel skills)
- Ability to manage tasks effectively and to motivate team members
- Able to work well under tight deadline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- PC literate, high integrity, risk focus and attention to detail
- Proficient in written and spoken English

Joint our client, International Company in Fashion Design/Textile/Clothing currently has immediate vacancy for experienced and committed person for a position as: Product Manager & Quality Assurance
(Jakarta Raya) Responsibilities: - Ensure that production is placed with suitably qualified factories based on capability, capacity and performance. Manage the Factory Capacity & Capability Audit (FCCA) process, report and Corrective Action Plans, to be reviewed an validated and an accurate database maintained
- Provide technical advice during development meetings so potential problems due to design, fabric and construction are flagged before order placement
- Worked in a QA role and been involved with training, problem solving and prevention activities (establishing SOPs, pre-production activities etc) and Traffic Light controls on sewing
- Focused working with factories on complex, key item programs to ensure equipment, skill level, production planning and capacity meet all company needs prior to production, providing problem resolution in factories
- Monitor factory performance in terms of quality, delivery, efficiency of execution – inc. production laboratory test results, final inspection and in store or DC quality monitoring
- Lead and manage Production Technologist team
Requirements: - 10 years of working experience in attire production and quality assurance
- Degree holder in Garment Production Management or related field preferred
- A firm understanding of the manufacturing process ideally in a production management or Industrial Engineering role.
- Well-developed knowledge of garment construction, cutting, sewing, and finishing
- Proven experience working in apparel factories in production (shop floor level), machinery used and quality management
- Familiar with the concept of Lean Manufacturing
- Experience in working with recognized brands, preferably in a buying office
- Strong team player with developed interpersonal and communication skills
- High integrity and business ethics
- Good spoken and written English
