What is Graduate Traineeship?
Our Graduate Traineeship Program focuses on recruiting the best early career talent to grow with our business, developing leaders for our future, and continuing to strengthen Kraft as the Employer of Choice. The trainees will be assigned in manufacturing department. The trainees will have the opportunities to learn about departments' functions, gain hard skills, and develop personally while adding value to the organization
Who are we looking for?
1. S1/S2 degree from Faculty of Engineering (Machine, Industry, Electro, Chemical), Food & Science Technology, with min GPA 3.00, fluent in English, & less than 1 year professional experience;
2. Show leadership and team-working abilities;
3. Open-minded and eager to gain Plant/Manufacturing hands-on experiences;
4. Willing to be assigned at our plant in Cikarang, Karawang, Bandung and willing to work shifts
5. Geographically mobile; willing to explore international opportunities
What are the conditions?

Depending on business needs and trainee's performance, Kraft may request trainees to continue to work for Kraft upon successful completion of the traineeship.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, develop and control installation of pipe and electrical, carry out maintenance at all plants
- Prepare schedule of piping and electrical installation as well as its maintenance
- Coordinate electrical repairs and maintenance
- Deliver direction to electricians about repair activity/implementation
- Design and run preventive maintenance for all electrical and pipe.
Requirements:
- Male, maximum 45 years of age
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
- Has experiences min. 3 years as Electrical Supervisor
- Has good knowledge of pipe installation and maintenance
- Has good skill in electrical lay-out reading
- Detail and accuracy orientation
